Why does EA desktop app launch to a blank screen.

My EA desktop app always launches to a blank screen. I have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling and uninstalling and reloading the pages. Nothing seems to work. I can't even install the games thro...

@Skyleez Same here, I am also trying to install via my XBox Game pass and I just get a blank screen when the EA Desktop App launches. I've tried multiple reinstalls, restarts, clear caches and even error reporting (which always gives me a "your error report encountered an error"). This is getting so frustrating. I wish it would still work with the origin app.

    @hyperb0l0c0 @Skyleez  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with EA App and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    EA forced the install and I cannot get it to launch.  Been working on this since the forced install.  They must have 20 crash reports from me alone.  What a piece of junk.  I cancelled my account renewal.  Renewal is in few weeks... They have us as prisoners since we can't access our games easily

      I agree. Origin app works flawlessly. I was able to play my game with no problems until the app decided I needed to download the EA app. Now I can't play anything that I purchased.

        Hello mate

        Did you fix your issue i am experiencing the same problems and cant play why origin app was removed no clue, let me know how did you fixed the EA App
