Why is F1 24 not appearing in my ea library but is in my steam library?

I bought F1 24 when it was in pre purchase stage from steam it worked fine until a few week later when I bought battlefield V and Battlefield 2042 F1 24 left my ea library for no reason and has been ...

@EA_cuervo No luck unless i have a steam support message which I don't because there support says its you at ea who can fix it and its not there issue

      @Volcano97117 Did you unlink your Steam and EA account at some point or is there a chance that you have more than one account?
