Windows PC EA app not launching

EA App not starting on windows 10. Try to reinstall, but this doesn`t help, app not working, just nothing happens after clicking on app, and if i go in the task manager the only think that i see is E...

    @271293 find out how to resolve this problem. just need to enable "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" parementr on windows 10

This has worked for me twice in a row so far. Launch the app in offline mode, click on the servey and complete it being sure to mention just how pathetic the EA app is, upon completing the servey the app seems to work fine.
