wont lauch!

So i havent played for a long time i just started playing again and i think i did an oops when i started it up again. it asked me to sign in again when i opened the app and i declined and now it wont...
crashing

    chelseamlee1986​  Please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.

    If you get another crash, and your computer runs Windows, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    If you have a Mac, please list its full specs: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.

Sims 4, and i try to launch through the app and the desktop icon, nothing. i hear the music then it just drops off. also noticed it starts playing in a boardered lauch window and not the full screen if that means anything
