Hi I desperately need help - I have been having this issue for a month and emailing with EA Support to no avail.

I have EA app on my MacBook, Origin is out of use for me since the launch of Mac EA App and keeps redirecting me to it.

I downloaded the Sims 4 Growing Together pack and I'm having issues downloading it, an error keeps popping up at 49 or 50% of the download. I've never had any issues downloading with Origin but this is the first download with EA.

I have the games downloaded onto an External Drive.

Can anyone help please? ☹️
