I've downloaded the EA Desktop BETA and have installed it, however even though I have Xbox game pass ultimate and my accounts are seemingly linked, I don't appear to be able to download and play the EA titles that should come with it?

I have had the wirly blue lines for over 4 yes 4 hours 8 evenings in a row and zip nada zilch.

You link the accounts through EA's website under EA Account. You'll find a section called Connected accounts here it shows my xbox linked. I cannot remember off the top of my head exactly but it should be there but should I be wrong try a similar sub branch under xbox.com.
Sadly EA Play with GamePass for PC is delayed till 2021 and dispite all my googling seems no one has a date so its not biggie to get those linked or EA desktop downloaded right this second - never hurts to be prepared tho i guess!

Anyone have any updates. I can't find any information online about planned release dates. I have game pass ultimate for the next three months so hopefully it becomes available in that time.
Well EA sucks as usual! 5 pages of ppl having the same question/problem and they can't give a straight answer in more than a month!
So much for the "15th of december" or the "we delay til next year", we are close to the end of january, we do are in "the next year" and still not a word on this and no answer from a dev over here, still have game pass ultimate, accounts are still connected and STILL can't freakin play EA Play games despite I installed the oh so useless EA Desktop. Nice major scam guys...
Yup, not even a vague month of release... Pretty shameful, but we are talking about EA here..
So EA Play is supposed to be free on PC for Xbox Game Pass members TODAY. I've watched the videos showing how you can see the games within the Xbox App for PC and nope. There's no EA Play bar that shows games, nor can I search them. C'mon guys! Any luck for anyone else?
