Xpacs, etc, no longer showing "owned" since installing Play Pro/Sims Anni Pack

Hello! Searched and do not see the same issue and it only happened since upgrading to Play Pro, so I believe this is more of an EA app issue than Sims 4. Been playing sims since I was a beta tester for TSO and am fairly savvy at troubleshooting but I am limited on this.

I own everything Sims4 EXCEPT the 4 most recent kits that were released in the last month or so. 

Last night I upgraded to Play Pro to check it out to possibly gift to my son and also for me to try out the 25th anniversary Sims install, and now when I view what I own in the "store" before launching the game, it shows I own almost no games/xpacs/kits/etc. Should have a little green icon/badge on the items to show I own them and it is missing from the majority.

My fear is being forced to prove what I owned prior to using Play Pro bc who has that kind of time and it is so frustrating to go through. This is why I rarely try new stuff! Any advice welcomed. Thank you in advance.
