I'm Sorry but i'm not getting paid to produce you reports each time something goes wrong from your end. But I did pay 129$ for a year subscription to have access to your library and content.. This being said here's a screen shot off the problem. its been going on for a week now..
- The Game is STAR WARS JEDI KNNIGHT2 -= JEDI OUTCASET
Problem the game wont launch with the desktop app beta ( please see provided attachment, you will find a screen shot of what is happening.
- DATE IS 2021-05-31 - I downloaded the game a few days back maybe a week.
