Your game failed to launch An error on our end caused your launch to fail

I could play Fifa 23 on origin, never on EA app. Now today origin forced me to install EA app.
There is just no way I can play fifa, I've tried everything I could find on the internet and at this point I have the feeling I'm the only one who can't launch Fifa 23.

I'm getting pretty frustrated, I paid way too much anyway on this game and now I can't even play it?!?!?

    I have found the solution -->

    C: / Program Files / Electronic Arts / EA Desktop / EA Desktop
    Once in there instead of launching the "EALauncher", right click on the "EADesktop" shortcut and in properties, in the accessibility page, tick the "always run as administrator" option, now run that program and the error should not appear again as long as you're using "EADesktop" instead of "EALauncher".

    After that I started the FIFA23 from the app, and its working.

  • @izellajos83 Thank Youuuuuuuuuuuuu so much after 2 months i can finally play my game that i have paid with my hard earned money because Ea didn't give a * about this problem and tried ti fix it again than you dude

    Did not work for me on any of my games.  Same error diagnostic.

  • same problem since making a w10 User change - which made necessary an Uninstall/Reinstall of EA app
    after serious work to get the game reinstalled (C&C Zero Hour... yeah I know) I can now ONLY play if I first take the EA app into Offline mode. but then network play does not work (ack)
    things I've tried:
    - uninstall the EA app and the full game -- then reinstall all == No Change!
    - start EA app ... wait a bit ... exit and then restart == seems to help EA 'find' my game installs
    additions attempted/suggested for Zero Hour:

    - directX 9 support
    - C++ reinstall for game support required

    - GenPatcher for w10 Registry edits

    - GenTools optional startup addon
    things suggested and looked for but not found:
    - anticheat edit

    I'm loosing track of what I've done as tests.

    ANY thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated
