Direct x error through EA APP

I've been facing the Direct x error through EA APP, the game does not launch properly

I've been trying all I found and so far the problem hasn't solved. FC 24 is working fine. The error happens without any mod.

I've tried with Drivers to the last NVIDIA update, and also I tried erasing with ddu all the drivers and installing new and old ones, none of this is the issue. 

I've also tried running FC 25 with -dx11 at view properties in EA APP.

FC 25 is using the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 running as admin to max performance.

I've deleted Direct x cache, EA app cache, FC 25 cache. I've repaired, rreinstalledand restarted the PC many times. Other games work fine.

It could be related to fullscreen settings, because when I launch fifa and I set FC 25 to fullscreen, doesn't show the directx error but crashes after splash screen.  Eventhough I've tried changing the FC 25 fcsetup.ini with fullscreen 0/1 the problem still carries on.  

I have no issues with any other game. 

I don't know if a fresh windows install would help
