Problem with my linked accounts

Hello, I´m trying to reach you because i got a problem trying to log in my EA acount, im trying to sign in but it does not allow me to, it says I have an Hotmail acount that i dont posses linked. i do not know what to do i have been trying to avoid it or create a new one but it keeps saying the same. please help
