A bug that's been annoying for over 3 weeks

Hello EA,

It has now been 3 long and endless weeks that every time I play almost any match in Ultimate Team (against the AI, admittedly), the game takes about thirty minutes or more to load and then refuses to load at all. After most of the matches that I’ve won 4/5/6 or even once 12 to 0, I’m forced to quit the game and restart it. But after restarting, I’m shocked to find that my objectives haven’t been counted, nor have the evolutions or points, so I end up with fewer points than expected.

I hope you fix this problem because it’s unbearable to play under these conditions.
