EA App locked language [bug issue]

I believe this is a bug of some update. All of my stuff are in Portuguese: my profile, my 2011 account and all my purchases. But i didnt have EA installed for a year, until this july. 

Now, the EA App lacks support for additional languages, and all my attempts to clear the app cache or installing have not resolved the issue. The menu button for Language in "Application settings" does not open to options. [image]

Modifying the file source through a customized installation was disregarded by the EXE file, and attempting to do this manually resulted in the application crashing.

Also, games remain restricted to English only due EAapp settings. Cant be changed neither.

Is there an option to downgrade EA app, beta vers?
