All of the non-Apex profile pictures seem to be gone when looking at the available profile pictures in the settings, and 50% of the time mine shows as a blank sillhouette now.

Yeah the avatars are being a bit strange at the moment and keep having issues. There been a few posts about that on a few boards.

The asset cache issue has been addressed, we are hopeful that it's for good this time!
Also, we are still working towards an option for users to add their own custom avatars.
