Forums "The Appropriate Channels" Error Loop

I think this is not only a breakdown in the system (the fact you even when told to go through regular/appropriate channels, when it results in nothing, not even a response), I think it is not conducive to a healthy forum environment or a basic level of customer service. 

I am not a troublemaker, I never done anything bad, at most I can/could be cheeky or firm. And I honestly feel I have been mistreated and I have no official way to ticket, or way to resolve this. Even if you don't care about the individual this is systemically a way to alienate even your good and positive forum members in the community. I think that hurts all. 

You can look up my comment history, even the hidden, you will only see I have been helpful and positive. And the worst I have been is firm, when I feel something isn't right, and it is mild if anything.

Note I am only posting this because the regular/appropriate channels doesn't work, I would have been fine going that route, but it doesn't work. I am letting you know it doesn't work.

This seems like a fairly important breakdown in the reporting system. Is this really just going to be glossed over?

Also I get this when I do not.

There is no way to get resolution, and I think forum issues should be dealt via forums.

That is exactly the error loop I am talking about. It results in nothing. 

You guys have to update your pages or methods. The process is broken/doesn't actually work. My situation a side, I think it only fair to users to provide a working method.

HollownessDevour​ Sorry to say, but if it's related to a moderation decision, you'll need to go through the regular channels to appeal. We also state so in the first and last sections of our Forums Rules and Guidelines.

I cannot say or else I could be breaking forum rules/risk post deletion. Hence, why I asked for a PM. But it is 100% forum related, and live chat, cannot do anything forum related.

It is a very Catch-22 situation.
