Maybe I am blind but as far as I can tell I can't change my username. However, I always used a different one on TS forums and I'd like to use that same one here too.
Is there a way to change it or to offer us a means to pick a display name?

The username here follows the one on other sites and in the EA App. You can change that on ea.com, under Account Settings > About Me.
At this time, there's no way to separate the two IDs. I've seen the suggestion that perhaps the forum name could be set to the nickname/gamer ID in the EA App, so if you'd like that too, feel free to post it as feedback here.
