there is an unknown account

Hi friends, I can access my EA account through my Google account, but there's a foreign email address I don't recognize linked to my EA account and it's verified. I don't recognize that account at all and can't access it.

The EA account is also linked to a Steam account I don't recognize.

So, I discovered that a foreign account I don't recognize was connected when I tried to play Apex Legends, but the account wouldn't connect. When I tried to connect, it reset me from level 1, even though I'd been playing on Steam for over 12 hours. When I tried to open the EA app and check my account, I found the foreign account connected, and the Steam account that wasn't mine. When I tried to unlink it, it prompted two-factor authentication. Since I don't have access to that foreign email address, I didn't receive the code sent to delete the account.

So, is there a solution?
