Request to Unlink/Recover Old EA Account Linked to Xbox Due to Inaccessible Email
Dear EA Support Team,
I am having trouble accessing my old EA account, which is linked to my Xbox account. The email associated with this EA account has been inaccessible for about 10 years (since around 2015), and it was automatically deleted due to inactivity. As a result, I cannot verify or reset the account through that email.
I have already submitted a support case, but I haven't received a response yet. I've also tried using the live chat multiple times, but the agents keep requesting personal information like my IP address, credit card details, phone number, and other sensitive data that I either don't have or am uncomfortable providing without more context.
When I attempt to link my new EA account to my Xbox, it fails because the Xbox is still tied to the old, inaccessible EA account. I would like to unlink the old account from my Xbox so I can connect my new one, or recover/update the old account if possible.
