lost email EA doesn't help

So lost my email it closed reached out to EA to help my switch it but no answer had to make a new ea account and cant even us it for their games but with all this technology u would think yes we can get u in to your old account but first they have to respond to their customers first.

    Sorry to hear this. Can you share a bit more? For example:

    • What EA Help support options are you selecting in the case webform page (where it asks you to fill in more information)
    • Are you able to complete the case web form for her? It's the page where it asks you to fill out more info, and then click 'Submit' (take a screenshot of the page that loads next)
    • After you click 'Submit', are you switching tabs / closing or minizing the window, while waiting for an advisor?
