A rule I didn’t break and got banned

This is the 2nd complain im send the first no fill answer was given so i said in the first discussion that i got banned because of my little brother friend and because of them i got blocked from transfer and its looks like there is no solution to this type of problem in the previous discussion i said I shared my psn account with my brother not EA account and psn allows it because if not what is the use of activation to share games so what happened to sum up my brother friends scammed him and told him we will make a surprise to your brother while he is in vacation and they got in my account and broke and i sent more than 5 appeals but i get the same answer it’s seems that EA doesn’t want to give me my right as a person who has nothing to do with banned and if EA whats any prof i can provide and can give. I wish this time my case will be solved because its feels sad to see your account getting banned by rude kids
