About EA email address rebinding
When I was in the process of changing my email address, a sentence popped up below the email input field：We can't complete your request. Your email address could be invalid or you may have recently updated it.I would like to ask what is going on and why I can't change my email address

Thanks for reaching out! That message usually pops up for one of two reasons. Either:
- The email you’re entering might not be recognized as valid (sometimes it can be something small, like a missing letter or an extra space), or
- EA has a waiting period if you recently updated your email, a kind of cooldown to prevent making too many changes too quickly.
If you haven’t changed your email recently and you’re sure it’s typed in correctly, then your best bet is to get in touch with EA Support so they can take a look and help sort it out.
