about my account being stolen

When I try to sign up for BF6 on my 10 year old account, I get a warning that my account will be suspended. EA will not respond to me via mass mailing. Please help.

    Hello Teforeis-14​,

    so your EA account has been banned? Is the ban visible in the penalty history? If so, please appeal the case through there. We can't help with bans and appeals here in the forum.
