Accidentally added funds to the wrong account

Question

I added funds to an account I thought was the EA account I had been using for the last 7 years purchasing Maddens (Madden loyalty discount) but I had added the funds using two 25 dollar gift cards to my other EA account under a different email, while the other account had been my Xbox account under my parents email. Is there anyway to transfer, refund, or apply the loyalty discount to the account with the funds? I solely got those gift cards for the purpose of buying Madden 27 with the discount but can no longer anymore at regular price. I feel like I deserve that no? Even after just a simple mistake?

As it is on the Xbox, you would need to reach out to their support for assistance with this.
Our team is not able access or review your Xbox account or make changes to it.

Sorry, I didn't clarify the problem well enough. The account is linked with Xbox because I played it on that platform a few years ago. But I have been on PC for the last few years. Both accounts are normal EA accounts, and this problem is purely on the PC.
