Account ban

Hi, I need help. I had an EA account from 2022 that was linked to my Steam account. I hadn't used that EA account in a long time, but it turned out it had been hacked. I managed to recover it with the help of EA Support, but to my surprise, when I tried to log in to play, I found a permanent ban on the account. I tried contacting Support again to explain that I had no knowledge of what had happened; I appealed twice but still haven't found a solution. I have the receipts for the games I bought on Steam, and it isn't fair that I can't play them due to an incident or violation I didn't commit—it feels like a waste of my purchase and money. If they won't lift the ban, that's fine, but please unlink my Steam ID so I can link it to my other account and play the games I paid for (and, as I said, I have the payment receipts). I feel like a hostage in this situation, and EA doesn't seem to care enough to help its users.
