Account blocked
Hi all,
my account seems to be blocked. Now I’ve sent EA an email to try and rectify it well over a week and a half ago but to no avail.
anyone shed some light? Really don’t want to send them another email that they won’t respond too. I’ve tried logging in to the same email for both no dramas but can’t link my account even though the Xbox account isn’t linked to anything yet my ea account saying it is linked to another one and can’t connect.

It looks like your Xbox is linked to an old, disabled EA account. You can try to restore it by resetting the password via the original email address, but if that either isn't working or if you can't remember what the original address might have been, then I'm afraid I'll need to refer you to our live support team.
