[Account Bug] Completely locked out of EA Support/Live Chat for 8 months
Hi EA Community Managers and everyone,
I am posting here because I have absolutely no other way to reach EA Support. For the past 8 months, my main account has been completely locked out of the EA Help system (I cannot open live chats or create any support tickets).
Here is the background:
About 8 months ago, my Apex Legends account was banned. I admit I panicked and submitted multiple appeals and live chat requests in a short period. Thankfully, the ban was a mistake and it was successfully overturned. I can play Apex normally right now.
However, it seems my excessive contact at that time triggered a permanent spam filter or a system bug on my account's support privileges. Since then, all contact options on the EA Help website are disabled or simply do not work for my main account.
What I have already tried:
- Waited for 8 months (cooling-off period did not resolve it).
- Tried different browsers, devices, and cleared all cache/cookies.
- Contacted support using an alternate account, but the advisors told me they cannot assist with my main account due to strict security policies.
I completely understand why the spam filter was triggered 8 months ago, but since my game ban was cleared, I would really appreciate it if my basic support functions could be restored.
Could a Community Manager please look into my account's backend and remove this support block/flag?
