Account compromised, cannot connect to any support agents

Title, i need to change my email, ive been in live support chat queue for hours. It keeps rotating back to "around 30 mins" for the wait time. This is absolutely ridiculous they don't have normal ema...

This account is my new account lol. So I’ll try looking for a live chat again now. I don’t even care about what’s on my main one at this point tho. But it’s linked to my Microsoft account. So I need it unlinked.

you have to go file a case at the very bottom of the support page theres a "contact us" option, and then u file a new case, and after filing the case theres a live chat option only in the case menu

    Well I found it. And it’s like a 30min wait. And it has not dropped at all in the past 10

        Thought I’d let you know. But I finally talked to someone. At 2am. So 10 hour queue. And they couldn’t help me at all. Absolutely useless.
