Title, i need to change my email, ive been in live support chat queue for hours. It keeps rotating back to "around 30 mins" for the wait time. This is absolutely ridiculous they don't have normal email or phone support. I have all my information ready to go to recover my account, but i cannot talk to a single person.
I wonder if the BF6 release have something to do with this? Lots of people reporting issues with the game OR the fact that thousands of accounts got hacked at the same time and now people are just waking up to it?
My account also got compromised with the email now linking to a hacker's email and I've been waiting for 12 hours and two support tickets because the first one doesn't respond at all. This is such a shame.
still sitting her 15 1/2 hrs in and not a single response here or X or the live chat been at 4 min for the last 3 hrs

yup, ive pulled an all nighter sitting in the chat queue watching it go from 1 minute back to 30 dozens of times now. I've been up in this queue since 10am yesterday. Im going to go to bed eventually and try 1 more day of queues- if not successful by then im just refunding all my ea games on steam and making a new account... Sucks to lose all the progress i had in previous games, which i dont play much of anymore honestly, but no achievements, or my pre order bonuses, twitch drops, etc. nothing will work. - guess i just treat EA as a primitive game i pop into my disc drive

it only happened to me between the beta and now, and i havent played any EA game since, so i have no clue
MY LAPTOP CRASHED AND I LOST MY QUEUE NUMBER DESPITE AN ADVISOR HANDING ME ONE EARLIER TODAY!!!!
