Account Compromised with zero help from support so far.
Just a couple days ago, at 1 am local time for me, my email got verification codes to sign into ea, despite no one but me having access to my email, and no security alert that my email was accessed in any way. I then got emails to my backup email saying that the backup email was removed, without needing any verification, along with phone number, and even the only email I have ever signed into EA with. Now when I try to login, it just asks me to create a new account.
It's the same exact emails that they send you through support, which just baffles me. I tried using support for so many tickets and I just get the same people who ask for verification codes and nothing else. They just regurgitate the same information I either already gave them, or just keep saying the same phrases over and over in slightly different ways.
I don't know how or what to do, I've spent so much time on games like Apex, and just losing it all to someone changing my account info through support, while I cannot get a single person to help just makes it all so frustrating. If there's anyone here who can possible help, please do, I literally do not even know what I can do at this point.
Transcript below is basically all they ever do, if I ask to be redirected to any non India based advisor or anything else that would actually maybe have them see that it's unusual that all my security data was all changed at 1 in the morning for me is odd, but they never even try to investigate in any way.
