Could you double-check if you can see the case showing up in your 'My Cases' page, on the EA Help site? If you can see your case there, check the status on it. Then get in touch with the support team by filling out a new help ticket.
I've prepared one for you already, click this link to get started. Fill it out, reference the previous case and the current case status and share that you have nor emails from that case, then submit it. The support team will take a look at the case to better to understand what might have happened with that case from there.
