account deletion

I want to delete my EA account. It says I need to create a support ticket, but there is no place where I can create a support ticket. The support system is incredibly bad.

    Hi szxxd4ydx191​,

    I can help you find the support option. Use these steps to reach out to the support team:

    • Open the EA Help website
    • Click “Help by Topic” followed by 'EA Account': You'll find this at the top left-hand side of the EA Help homepage.
    • Then choose 'How to delete an EA Account': This will open a guide that will share some tips.
    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will respond as soon as they can.

    Hi Lanna,

    Also in my case submit button is not working (but it is not greyed out). I filled everything but I did not upload any file as it was optional.

    Hi TsZVvCmS​, 

    Apologies for the gap in replying. If the button is still not working for you now, it might be a caching issue. Try clearing out the browsers cookies and cache, then try to complete the ticket again. Another workaround would be to try it from a different browser, and if needed a different device (if you're on PC, try mobile, etc). 

    Hopefully, that addresses the submit button not registering. Please let me know, though.
