Going on your screenshots, it may be related to having an account that has been banned and deactivated, although I don't know if they're related or two different issues.
You could, however, try talking to EA Help about reactivating the email address. The guide below has a "Contact us" button at the very end that should let you open a case, which you can use as a guest if necessary.
Update your EA Account info and settings
When the email address has been reactivated, you can either fill out the webform in the guide below to contact EA's Terms of Service Team, or ask EA Help to create an appeal.
