Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville

When i buy this game almost 1 month ago on STEAM March 15!! when trying to play it must connect with EA games account. But my steam linked with unknown account on  EA account when try to login. EA account it shows me linked with that ma*****@reevalmail.com Verify identity account /Attachment.1/  information that i really don't know.  then i really seems need to unlink that Email or something then i can't unlink cuz of that verify. then i wrote ticket into EA games they didnt respond or reply  but they gave me 1 badge /lost email or something kind of/, and don't know how to resolve the issues !! /Attachment 2/ then i wrote 2nd  ticket after few days and it's said status is resolved !!! /Attachment 3/ and they resolved like this /Attachment 4/ then what should i need to do to unlink that sh*t unknown account ? in steam i have everything fmail, the reciept i bought that game have enough proof but how EA resolve this issues !!!

    Hey there, 

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues recovering your account. I suggest that you contact EA Help Support via chat, as that would be the best way to get this resolved.  If you're not getting the chat option when creating a help ticket, please try selecting "EA Account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the topic.

    Hi, were you able to resolve this? I'm literally having the same problem, my account is banned and the email address is am*****@reevalmail.com, and support isn't resolving it at all.

    I figured out my problem: my friend had created an EA account using my Steam account a while back, but he insisted he didn't remember. Now that we've discovered it, we're trying to remove a ban (which he also doesn't remember) so we can unlink it and add it to my Steam account. I've already spoken to support and am waiting for a response.
