Account disabled from online play for "Inactivity"

I tried to play some Star Wars: BF2 and wasn't able to connect to online services only showing an error code 524. My account has never had a violation or been banned and my account alone is older than the required age.
I spent 30 mins trying to contact an advisor on the live chats. But I was only informed they can't help since they don't have access to admin tools to reactivate it.
