Hi PH4NT0MGTX​, 

I've moved your post into its own thread, as it's a bit different from the other example. Could you share a bit more about this, please? 🙂 

  • You mentioned it's linked to a disabled PSN. How do you know the PSN connected is disabled? 
  • Are you seeing an error message when you try to link the accounts? If you could pop up a screenshot, that would help.
  • Anything else that might help to know?
