This company bans people who are innocent and offers no real customer support.

This company has taken hundreds of dollars of money then one day all of a sudden decided to ban me for games I never played and reasons that are completely false and untrue.  Their customer support is completely incompetent,  ineffective,  inefficient and lacks any sustainable forms of communication to resolve an issue.  Instead they take your money and then ban you from the product that you bought with no reasons and no formal investigation to help resolve the issue at hand.  I have never experienced such a lack of care for the customer as I  have now been experiencing with EA. This has to change NOW!! Action will be taken.  Completely incompetent and unacceptable.
