Account got banned without playing a single game

Hey everyone, I'm a bit confused and looking for help. I had another account that got banned, but I never even played a single game on it. All i did was download Star Wars Jedi, and when I opened it, it asked me to sign in to EA. So i created an EA account , linked it to my Xbox, and then ended up playing a different game. When I came back later to actually played Star Wars Jedi, I found out that the account got banned. I contacted customer support, but they just said I violated the user agreement without giving any specific reason. I honestly have no idea what I did wrong since I never even got to play the game. Has anyone else experienced something like this or know what might've triggered it?
