Account hacked and banned
I got hacked and I barely managed to log in thanks to linking it to my Xbox account, but I can't change the email or play the games I used to because I got banned thanks to the hacker. I’d like to know if you could remove the ban and the two-step verification, since the hacker activated it with that email and now I can't change anything. Any solution?

If you're still able to, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account back under your control. From there, you'll need to get in touch with our support team using the Contact Us button at the bottom of that page to proceed with account recovery and change those incorrect account details. Regarding the account ban, you'll need to follow these steps to submit an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we're unable to make any changes or discuss account details here on the forums.
