EA Games Crashing

Question

Another year has come with new games coming out. I purchased Madden, NCAA, and NHL 27. Madden crashes randomly the same as my NHL has done for years. NCAA crashes regularly too. Even Apex Legends crashes on my xbox at times. How are they releasing games year over year with the same crashing issues across thousands of users xbox's but there is never any solution as they can not "recreate the crash"? How many years of games will be released with the same bugs and zero solutions? I am sure once NHL releases I will be crashing out of those games like crazy too.....Only EA sports games crash on my xbox for context, if I play a game made by any other company this NEVER happens.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been dealing with recurring crashes across several EA games on your Xbox. We’re actively investigating crashes and freezes affecting some Madden NFL 27 players on PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Generally, when the same issue is reported by a large number of console players, the scale and consistency of those reports are important factors in assessing the priority of an investigation.
As for the other games you mentioned, I understand that further troubleshooting may not be the answer you were hoping for, but please work through both Xbox’s recommended steps and our relevant troubleshooting guide to see whether they help.
