account hacked and email changed

My account was hacked and my email address was changed. I opened a case through EA Help but it doesn't appear in my cases section. I checked the forum and there are others who have the same problem. ...

I am using chrome browser. I opened case many times. It did not appear in my case section.

    Were you logged in when opening the case? Did you get a notification saying the case was submitted?
