account hacked, email changed was hacked and I lost access to my account the hacker changed the email and the account was banned I got access back but the account is banned I don't know what to do be...

    Hello 01-METATRON​,

    please contact EA Support to dispute the ban. If you've been banned due to the hackers actions, that should be something they can check for then.

Sorry to hear that. If I understood you correctly, you have regained control of your account and have changed the email from that of the hackers to yours. If that is the case, then you can proceed to send a dispute to the EA Terms of Service team, they should be able to help you resolve this issue. Good Luck with that.

    Yes, my problem is that the hacker changed the email, but I managed to regain control, but the account was banned due to the hacker's invasion.
