This is genuinely frustrating. Being locked out of an account you have had since the Origin days and then being told your verification data is not 100% correct is a terrible experience. The irony of needing to sign in to get help with a hacked account is a real design flaw that EA needs to fix.
Keep escalating. Try reaching out directly on EA's Twitter support. Sometimes that gets faster results than the chat bot.😍
