Account Hijacked and cant get ahold of EA Support

all the "cyber attacks" we hear about.. My main Microsoft account for my PC has fallen victim to this as well. Its left me with the crappiest feeling.. I've spent SO much **bleep** money and spent sooo much time on these games that I could potentially loose access to forever. EA, something really needs to be done about this. The fact that i cant get ahold of ANYONE in support of this wide spread problem is the most alarming part.
