Account is banned and ive never played before

Hi i am contacting you guys to figure out why my account keeps saying it banned apparently my steam is linked to an email that i have no clue about i just bought the game tonight loaded it up for the very first time and it said i was banned it wont let me link my steam to my account because it says its on another account i do not have access to please help me
