Hacked account

So my psn account and old email was hacked a while back and they used my account for a few years. I finally got my account back but They have obviously used the EA account under my psn and my old email to do some bad stuff! Which has got the EA account disabled or banned! I’ve now restored my psn account and changed my email on my psn account but the EA account is still linked to my psn account!

 I’ve tried every way to try and disable the old EA account and add my new one! But I’ve had no luck!!! 
can’t even get a contact number to EA!

    Hi, so that guide does nothing to help me at all! 
    Recap: I got control of my old account and it came up as banned! But I was still able to retrieve the account but because it was banned I was not able to disable that account from my psn! So I appealed to this as I was refused AGAIN! I have now tried to enter that account and appeal again but it comes up as a disabled account…. But it is still connected to my PSN! I thought once that account was disabled it would disconnect from my psn but it hasn’t so I can’t even link my new account! Where do I go from here! Because I’ve spent days trying to sort this out with no communication from you guys! I can’t even call you guys to sort anything and all I get back from you guys is to go back to the same guide and appeal again wich I have done too many times to count!
