Hi there, you can contact support by heading to this page, scrolling down, and clicking on "Contact Us". From there, you'll need to fill out a form. Once that's done, you'll see the available contact options. If you choose "Update EA account" as your topic when filling out the form, the chat option should appear. I hope this helps.
