Account origin

I used to play Sims 4 on my Origin account. I can't get codes because my email account was deleted. I bought most of my games from the Origin page. My email address is [edit: email address removed] or I have to be 18. My password has to end with [REMOVED BY CM]. I don't remember. There are only Sims 4 games.
