I bought the pre order ultimate edition

I bought the pre order ultimate edition. I accidentally used my Fc points to buy the season passed not realising this was included. Will I get my FC points back?

    I did the same as I didn't know the ultimate edition came with it. Tried emailing ea a couple of times but no response
