Account Recovery Error with tool

 

One of my EA accounts was stolen two weeks ago and the email was changed.

When I go into a live chat to recover it, I give the code from the original

account creation email, but they tell me, "There was an error with our tool."

I tried waiting a few days and contacting them again, but I received the same

error. When will this be fixed?

    Also context this is a new EA account I made because I obviously can't file the ticket on the one that my Xbox and Steam are linked which is the one I'm talking about above.

    I'm just tired of the same robotic response without any actual in depth explanation.

    I'm having the same issue, the EA Help page recently changed it to "the issue is no longer supported by advisors".  Which is horrendous considering the multiple cases I made.  Not only did I not get a clear answer I also kept getting the same response.  "Due to security reasons we are unable to update the email"  even though I provided all the information they asked for and more.  And I asked them if any extra information I had would help.  I'm tired of getting the same Vague answer it's like I'm talking to a robot and not an actual person.  And when I asked for clarification they wouldn't even give me an answer and completely ignored the question.  Examples in the screen shots here.  I blurred out my name in said screenshots for obvious safety reasons.
