Account Recovery
Me and my brother have tried to recover his EA account and we've tried to link his PS account to it but s completely different email appears and now he can't play an EA game at all. We need help EA.

No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.
- The link to EA's Support is here.
- In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
- Click on "See all Help Topics"
- Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
- Click "Continue without logging in"
- Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"

Judging by the partial email address in the second screenshot, I think your brother's account might have been compromised. Definitely have them get in touch with EA Help through the steps danisoff shared earlier. It may also be worth trying as many steps in the guide linked below as possible and checking their other accounts in case they've been accessed too.
